The KF Series is a new addition to the SoLiCo Indicator product line. The KF Series is similar to the 65 Series daylight visible LED indicator but, it is larger and has a slightly lower light output. The new KF is a screw based indicator that is mounted in a 20mm cutout and is fastened to the panel with a plastic nut and sealed with an O ring gasket which is provided. Illumination is achieved by means of surface mount LEDs on a sealed pc board which provides bright even lighting. Transparent lenses are available with a ring pattern and, translucent lenses can be supplied with color transparent lenses and a translucent white diffuser. Lenses can be unscrewed for the insertion of a legend sheet or the diffuser can be pad printed for large volume requirements. The KF Series is available in 12 VDC, 28 VDC,125 VAC and 250 VAC to follow once UL testing is completed. The initial KF Series can be ordered with screw terminals that will accommodate wire leads, .250 quick connect terminals and wire leads are planned for introduction soon. The KF Series is targeted toward the industrial market where large bright indicators are required and panel sealing is a must.
