New LED Product Lighting

As we launch our new website, our Engineering, Production and Sales teams have been busy with the development, introduction, and sale of some exciting new LED products!
The first product that we have had great success with is the Flex Lite. This series includes 8 different flex lite types ranging from standard brightness to ultra bright as well as the high brite and ultra brite RGB flex lite with associated accessories.
A new intelligent RGB flex lite has just been introduced and, it has 83 color programs selectable via a hand held remote. The Flex-Lites employ LED and flexible PCB technology using either the high bright 3528 or ultra bright 5050 LED’s for a variety of energy efficient brightness and colors including RGB. They are available unsealed, dustproof (IP54), sealed (IP67), or waterproof (IP68) on 16 or 32 foot reels. They can also be ordered pre-assembled to your custom length ready for installation.
Another new addition to our LED offering is the RR Rigid Strip Lite and the accessories that make this product ideal for many diverse applications. The RR is available in high brite or ultra brite employing the SMT 50/50 chip technology. The pc board is encapsulated with silicon inside a rigid aluminum extrusion which provides rigidity and protection for the LEDs. The RR Series is available in standard 12” and 48” lengths. Other lengths are available upon request.
Another product that has recently been rolled out is the LED Light Module. This lighting solution has a housing made of ABS plastic with a transparent epoxy seal around the LED’s which provides a robust construction with excellent light distribution and IP65 sealing (splashproof and dustproof). The LED Light Modules are available in 3 LED rectangular or 4 LED square configurations. Both are available with either SMD 3528 standard bright LED’s or the 5050 ultra bright LED chip in all standard colors. Applications include daisy chain for back lighting of signage, illuminating letters and designs and much more.
Our newest entry in our LED offerings and a product we are very excited to present is the 80 Series LED Step Light. This small bright LED light is just over an inch wide and slightly less than an inch tall. It is slightly tapered in depth varying from .28 at the top to .35 at the bottom. It is housed in ABS plastic with 2 pure white 5050 LED chips with lighting intensity of 14.5 Lumens per LED. It has 22 ga 12” long wire leads for flush mounting with 5/8” flat stainless mounting screws. It has a 120° viewing angle, low power consumption and is able to withstand shock and vibrations. Applications are many and varied in the Automotive, Marine, RV, Industrial and Home markets. These include: Courtesy light, Map light and Glove Box console lighting, Stair lighting, Cabinet Lighting, Reading Lights and Storage compartment lights as well as night lights, small work area light, toolboxes, accent lights and darkroom lighting.
